We gladly accept returns within14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must beunused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and inserts included.

To request a return, please email bathkissed@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
